(c) Removal of salt from the (GlcNAc)2. The chitobiose salt mix obtained after gel filtration step was further injected into the NH2P-50 10E preparative column. Chitobiose fractions were eluted with an acetonitrile:water mixture (70:30 v/v), with a flow rate 1 mL.min−1 and detected by PDA detector at 200 nm
