A H2O2 sensitivity of rMfiUPO. Assay mixtures were consisted of 50 mM sodium citrate (pH 4.5), 30 μM ABTS, 50 nM rMfiUPO, and different concentration of H2O2; 50 mM potassium phosphate (pH 7.0), 0.5 mM NBD, 50 nM rMfiUPO and different concentration of H2O2 and 50 mM potassium phosphate (pH 6.0), 2 mM VA, 100 nM rMfiUPO and different concentration of H2O2, respectively.
