HPLC analysis of products produced by bioconversion mogroside V of 6 selected fungal endophytes. A the chemical structure of different mogrosides; B the substrate containing 0.5% (w/v) Luo Han Guo extract (LHG extract); C Strains L55, A5, J5, L99, FL7, and S125 were cultured and fermented in a medium containing 0.5% (w/v) Luo Han Guo extract (LHG extract). The fermentation supernatant was collected per day, and the mogrosides in the fermentation broth were analyzed using HPLC method.
