Enzymatic hydrolysis of dl -menthyl acetate at varied loads in mono-aqueous system containing 10% ( v / v ) of EtOH. Symbols: (♦) 1.0 M dl-menthyl acetate with 55 g l−1 of immobilized BsE; (●) 2.0 M dl-menthyl acetate with 110 g l−1 of immobilized BsE; (▲) 3.0 M dl-menthyl acetate with 165 g l−1 of immobilized BsE. The reactions were performed at 30°C and 300 rpm.
