Biofilm-harvested AKS2 cells exhibit higher evenness. Equal numbers (approximately 103 CFU) of either biofilm-harvested or planktonic cells of AKS2 were separately added to each well of BiOLOG-ECO plate and incubated for 3 days at 30°C. Absorbance at 590 nm of each well was recorded at different time points. (A) Lorenz curves and Gini coefficient. (B) UPGMA cluster analysis. Statistical significance between the groups of Gini coefficient was evaluated by ANOVA.
