Sensitivity evaluation of the test strip prepared with monoclonal antibody 25C1 against E. tarda The standard bacterial suspension of E. tarda EIB202 was enumerated and serially diluted to 1 × 109, 1 × 108, 1 × 107, 1 × 106, 5 × 106, 5 × 105, 1 × 105, and 5 × 104 CFU/ml and directly applied to the test strips. The detection limit of the test strip was determined by the diminishing of red color at the test line.
