Neighbor-Joining phylogenetic tree of the of partial 16S rDNA sequence of Staphylococcus sp. DAB-1w (the query sequence with accession number KX986577) made using MEGA 7 (Kumar et al. 2016), and the evolutionary history was inferred using the UPGMA method (Sneath and Sokal 1973). The optimal tree with the sum of branch length = 4.18104699 is shown. The tree is drawn to scale, with branch lengths in the same units as those of the evolutionary distances used to infer the phylogenetic tree. The evolutionary distances were computed using the Maximum composite likelihood method (Tamura et al. 2004) and are in the units of the number of base substitutions per site. The analysis involved 14 nucleotide sequences
