  1. All reactions for the calculation of kinetic parameters were carried out in 0.1 mol L−1 TEA buffer (pH 8.0) at 30 °C. For activity assay to calculate kinetic parameters, the cofactor of NADPH or NADP+ was added in the reaction mixture at saturated concentration towards the enzyme. All the results were the average of three parallel replicates
