Production of DHA from maltodextrin. The reaction was performed in 100 mM HEPES buffer (pH 7.0) containing 10 g/L isoamylase treated maltodextrin, 5 mM MgCl2, 10 mM Pi, 0.18 g/L (1 U/mL) EcoαGP, 0.05 g/L (1 U/mL) CtPGM, 2.52 mg/L (1 U/mL) CtPGI, 0.17 g/L (1 U/mL) EcoFSA, 6.7 mg/L (1 U/mL) TtcTIM, and in the absence (close circle) and presence (close square) of 10 g/L (1.6 U/mL) AfPase at 37 °C
