A total of 84 genes were analyzed of which 12 were highly transcribed under the growth conditions, where the target molecule was oxidized. Transcription ranged from 2.02 to 7.04-fold over the oxidative gene control, bioreactor 8, which demonstrated no oxidation of the rFab molecule.
