CHMO activities in E. coli crude cell lysates which harbored different RBS sequences for CHMO co-expressed with ADH in the pRSFDuet vectors. Enzyme activities were determined by the NADPH assay using cyclohexanone as substrate. The translation initiation rates calculated from the RBS Calculator V2.0 (Espah Borujeni et al. 2014) were presented below the activities. The standard deviations were derived from three independent experiments
