TLC analyses for the hydrolysis products of xylan by StXyl10 and StXyl11. Ten milligrams per milliliter xylan (AX, DX and GX) in 10 mM sodium phosphate buffer (pH 6.5) was hydrolyzed with 1.0 μg/mL StXyl10 at 50 °C for 24 h and 1.0 μg/mL StXyl11 at 60 °C for 24 h. One microliter of each mixture was applied for TLC analysis. M1, marker of X1-X6; M2, marker of DX3 and DX4; AX, arabinoxylan; DX, dulse xylan; GX glucuronoxylan
