The affinity measurements between DmFdx2 and PRF/KshA by ITC. The affinity of reductase PRF (a) and oxygenase KshA (b) (0.2 mM DmFdx2 vs 0.02 mM PRF/KshA) to DmFdx2 was determined by ITC 200 in 20 mM HEPES buffer (pH 7.4) at 25 °C.
