Scale-up production of the recombinant biocatalyst and its application in rutin biotransformation. The recombinant biocatalysts were tested for the enzyme activities of rhamnosidase and glucosidase. The quercetin yields were quantified by HPLC, and the conversion rates were calculated using the product yield from initial substrate concentrations of 30 g/L and 40 g/L, respectively.
