Effect of different concentrations of spray-dried spent yeast cell powder on pyruvic acid accumulation. When the concentration of spray-dried spent yeast cell powder was below 30 g/L, the pyruvic acid titer and the biomass increased with increasing concentration of spray-dried spent yeast cell powder.
