Efficacy test of purified dsRNA on Bemisia tabaci. The toxicity impact of different concentrations of purified dsRNA on populations (10) of Bemisia tabaci was evaluated by observing insect mortality on days 2 and 3 following dsRNA application. Concentrations of AREV4 dsRNA used are 150 ng/uL, 167 ng/uL, 234 ng/uL and 798 ng/uL (indicated as AREV4 -[concentration] on the chart)
