Kinetics of the interaction of Flag–Apo A-IMilano with DMPC. The changes in turbidity were monitored by the change in absorbance at 325 nm at 2 min intervals for the initial 60 min and plotted as a function of time. The DMPC turbidity clearance assay was used to measure the abilities of Flag–Apo A-IMilano protein to combine with lipids.
