From: Functional tailoring of a PET hydrolytic enzyme expressed in Pichia pastoris
Comparison of IsPETase and CtPL-DM. a Total released PET hydrolytic products of recombinant protein of IsPETase and CtPL-DM expressed in E. coli by using GfPET as a substrate. The reaction temperatures of IsPETase and CtPL-DM are 30 °C and 60 °C, respectively. Blank control that contained no enzyme in the reaction was also analyzed.
