Effect of tween 80 addition on cellulase(s) and xylanase activities from a RS-grown, b BG-grown and c RSBG-grown culture extracts. The initial FPase activity (U mL−1) without tween 80 in RS-, BG- and RSBG-grown culture extracts were 0.28 ± 0.02, 0.35 ± 0.02 and 0.7 ± 0.04, respectively.
