Effect of pH (a) and temperature (b) on CR2-L-GDH catalyzing asymmetric synthesis of (S)-DHTP. All reactions were carried out in 10 mL TEA buffer (0.1 mol L−1) comprising 20 g L−1 DKTP with addition of 40 g L−1 glucose and 0.2 mmol L−1 NADP+ at 30 °C and 200 rpm for 12 h. All the results were the average of three parallel replicates
