Effect of DKTP concentration on CR2-L-GDH catalyzing asymmetric synthesis of (S)-DHTP. All reactions were carried out in 10 mL TEA buffer (0.1 mol L−1, pH 8.4) comprising 10–50 g L−1 DKTP with addition of 0.2 mmol L−1 NADP+ at 40 °C and 200 rpm for 12 h. The concentration of glucose added in the reaction was 10 folds of that of DKTP accordingly. All the results were the average of three parallel replicates
