Determination of the multipotency for hUC-MSCs. A Native MSCs from Wharton’s jelly, B hUC-MSCs, and C BM-MSCs released from the PLGA@PLL scaffold were incubated with a multipotency detection kit and then were induced to differentiate into chondroblasts stained with toluidine blue, osteoblasts stained with Oil red O, and adipoblast stained with alizarin red.
