R. mucilaginosa and L. elongisporus were cultured at different temperatures in HGM and HGM + VIT containing 80 g/L glucose. the ultimate concentrations of biomass and lipids, YX/S, Y L/S, and YL/X, are biomass/glucose, lipid/glucose, and lipid/biomass yield coefficients, respectively, these coefficients altered with growing temperatures
