The reactions were performed at 30°C and 300 rpm for 48 h by adding 1.98 g (10 mmol) dl-menthyl acetate, 0.55 g immobilized BsE, and a varied amount of SDS into a mixture of 8 ml KPB (pH 8.0, 200 mM) and 2 ml n-pentanol.
